MLC has a very large West Michigan following, and has been named "Best Band In Grand Rapids" six years in a row by the Grand Rapids Magazine.  They have earned four “Golden Townie” Awards for best band in Grand Rapids by “On-The-Town” magazine.  The Grand Rapids Press also named them best band in their "Tops in GR" poll.

The band is comprised of business and community leaders with diverse day jobs, including a doctor, banker, marketing professional, newspaper general manager, plastics sales, kitchen designer, health care mechanic and polish butcher!

MLC has delighted crowds for 9 years at festivals, live concerts, corporate events, private parties and local clubs.  They are especially proud of their full-length albums, "It's All Good" and "It's Always Something"   These albums are all original music and feature songs about their own mid-life crises!  MLC also enjoys recording with other local artists and being an active member of the local music scene and charitable music projects.
